SPRING HAS SPRUNG

TIGER GREEN

Well, well, well, my friends Spring 2011 has certainly arrived. If in doubt you only needed to tune into the Masters this weekend where temps were roving in the high 80's. Another thing roving around was a guy named Tiger. Now if you were not impressed by his play this weekend then you must not have been following the events of the last 16 months. If your dissapointed that he didn't manage to pull it off don't be. If i was anoyone of the players on the Tour i would certainly be looking over my shoulder and considering the bigger question; IS HE BACK? Then there is the media....oh God love them....pissing all over themselves because Tiger was not cordial during his post 4th round interview....i have a suggestion for the media....go drown yourself in Ray's Creek.

TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALL GAME

Another sure sign of spring is the return of the grand old game. Yes baseball is back. Now i admit that i don't tune in very frequently to any games prior to Octobre unless of course the match up in Sox vs Yanks. But just the same the arrival of spring brings the return of peanuts, popcorn and candy bars....not to mention the beer. So no predictions from me just wait till late Septembre to see who's left and then let the real games begin.

IT AIN'T OVER UNTIL SUMMER IS HALF DONE....ITS PLAYOFF TIME

Yes its that time and its really the only time i pay attention to indicate to me that spring has really arrived....we'll all be waterskiing, dipping in the pool and BBQing long before its all over but its Playoff time just the same. My Habs are in the playoffs though unfortunately not for long. Hopefully a quick exit will mean the front office will make the changes required to allow this team to truly compete in the years to come. Here are my first round predictions.
